About the role

Mewah Group is seeking a skilled MARGARINE PLANT SPECIALIST to join our dynamic team in Pulau Indah, Selangor, Malaysia. As a fulltime employee, you will play a crucial role in optimising the efficiency and performance of our state-of-the-art margarine production facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the margarine production plant, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
  • Monitor and analyse production data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimisation strategies
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve problems promptly
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistent product quality
  • Train and mentor production team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with broader business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry, preferably in the food or FMCG sector
  • Thorough understanding of margarine production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures is a MUST
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and process optimisation techniques
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
