Wanzhong Construction Group is building company based in China. We focus on factory construction, M&E works, and interior fit-out works.
The Group has multiple branches in the Southeast Asia region includes Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. With good technical skills and many years of project experience, we have earned trust from many clients.
Our Malaysia branch is a new company under the group. Even though we are new here, we are supported by the Group's strong resource and experience. This help us provide professional, fast and local construction services. We are building a capable and dynmaic teams, and welcome passionate individuals to join with us.
What you'll be doing
- Review and understand construction drawings and specifications 阅读并理解施工图纸和技术规范
- Supervise daily site works to ensure quality, safety, and progress compliance 监督日常施工、确保质量、安全及进度符合要求
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants for site matters 协调分包商、供应商及顾问的现场工作
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction issues 进行现场检查并解决技术活施工问题
- Prepare daily site reports,progess updates, and photo records 编写每日现场报告、进度更新及照片记录
- Ensure materials delivered meet specifications and are properly stored 确保到场材料符合规格并妥善存放
- Monitor safety practices, and ensure compliance with safety standards 监督施工安全、确保符合安全规范
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works 协助进行测试、调试及工程移交工作
- Report site progress and issues to the Project Engineer/ Project Manager 向项目工程师或项目经理汇报现场进度及问题
- Maintain proper documentation and update as-built drawings 维护现场文件及更新竣工图
What we're looking for
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 欢迎应届毕业生申请
- Peferred 1 year of relevant experience as site engineer 优先考虑具有1年现场工程师相关经验者
- Peferred languages: Mandarin (required), English and Malay 语言要求:普通话(必备)、英语和马来语
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Egineering or a related field eletrical or mechanic 土木工程或相关领域(电气或机械)的文凭或学士学位
- Driving skill is an added advantage 会驾驶者优先考虑
