Overview:We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Sales Manager to grow the share of dosing system in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling with hands -on technical expertise, hunting for new opportunities, supporting customers onsite, and collaborating closely with regional and HQ Teams to deliver robust dispensing solutions.Key Responsibilities:Territory Management: Develop and convert a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets (Hunter/Farmer role).Prospecting: Seek out and qualify new opportunities across key sectors, including electronics, automotive, EV, automation, and general industry.Technical Discovery: Engage with customers to understand their process needs and translate them into tailored dosing solutions and quotations.Onsite Support: Provide hands -on setup and troubleshooting, coordinating with Regional/HQ teams as necessary; frequent travel required.Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage the full sales process, from demonstrations and trials to proposals, negotiations, closure, and handover.Reporting & CRM: Keep CRM records, forecasts, and account plans up to date while providing insights on market trends and competitor activity in dispensing systems.Cross -Functional Collaboration: Partner with application and engineering teams to ensure successful installations and strong customer satisfaction RequirementsDegree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field with a strong hands -on mindset.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or industrial salesWorking knowledge of machinery, automation, basic electrical principles, and fluid mechanics.Able to travel frequently and support after -hours calls if needed.Experience in automotive, electronics, EV manufacturing, sealant/adhesive, or related capital equipment industries.
