Role Description

The Regional Growth Product Manager will own the regional product vision, strategy, and delivery for customer's digital experiences. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution — turning market insights, user behavior, and operational needs into impactful product solutions. You will champion the roadmap from concept to launch, align cross-functional teams across markets, and make data-informed trade-offs that drive adoption, engagement, and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in market analysis and understanding customer needs
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of successful product launches, especially with loyalty and engagement with some gamification features
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
  • 5+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role, with proven success overseeing the product development lifecycle.
  • Have experience in building product that has strong grasp in loyalty/ gamification and B2B acquisitions
  • Previous experience as a business analyst or product owner in a non-managerial role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
