Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant, based in Petaling Jaya. The Personal Assistant will support executive team members with administrative and clerical tasks including diary management, scheduling, email correspondence, and organizing meetings. The role also involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining effective communication between stakeholders, and managing relevant documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
  • Clerical Skills, including scheduling, documentation, and email management
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in office software tools is preferred
