About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team at In Wealth Advisory Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our senior executives, helping them to work effectively and efficiently. This is a full-time role within our dynamic and growing company.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the daily schedules and calendars of senior executives, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and prioritising tasks
  • Handling a variety of administrative duties, such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and responding to inquiries and requests
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems and office records
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
