Qualifications
- Skills in Personal Assistance
- Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Calendar Management skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft/Google Calendar, Canva, MS Word, MS Powerpoint etc.
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chairman, located in Petaling Jaya. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Chairman's calendar, arranging appointments, and providing executive administrative assistance. Tasks also include administrative and clerical duties such as filing paperwork, preparing documents, and handling correspondence. The role requires high organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
