Job Description:

·       Prepare full set of accounts, management report on the timely basis.

·       Prepare bank reconciliation.

·       Manage fixed asset transactions.

·       Preparing and overseeing budgets and financial forecasts.

·       Plan, manage and monitor the cash flow to ensure sufficient cash maintain for payments.

·       Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

·       Ensure all management and statutory reporting submissions are done on a timely and accurate basis.

·       Overseeing accounts payable and receivable.

·       Providing financial analysis and advice to senior management

·       Collaborating with other departments such as Sales, Procurement to ensure smooth financial operations.

·       Taxation & Auditing related matters

·       To handle ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.


• Experience with SAP system is considered an added advantage.

• Preferably 2 years of experience in related field.
