We are hiring for our subsidiary in Malaysia: Medinex Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd.

About Us:

Medinex Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. is a subsidiary of Medinex Group. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team and contribute to our financial success.

Position: Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive

Location: Nusajaya, Johor, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of account up to balance sheet and meet the timeline for our clients.
  • Prepare and submit GST claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members where applicable.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
  • For those without relevant work experience or those with only Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) experience can be considered for Assistant positions.
  • Candidates can be considered for a senior position if they possess relevant years of experience and/or CA qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient communication in English for both writing and speaking.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start work in a short notice period.
