Utility Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange personnel shift schedules to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
  • Conduct monthly performance appraisals and evaluations for team members, providing timely feedback to the company.
  • Maintain an equipment inventory list and perform regular inspections as required.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) management system.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to support technical operations.
  • Conduct pressure testing on piping and pressure vessels.
  • Manage engineering and operational activities for gas plant systems, including circulating water, nitrogen, hydrogen, natural gas and compressed air.
  • Ensure stable production and safe transportation of water, protective gas and compressed air.
  • Analyze utility plant operational data and make informed service decisions.
  • Perform inspections and implement necessary adjustments to meet job specifications.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering Mechanical or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments.
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
