Join Our Team as an Automotive Service Advisor (Online)

Are you an automotive enthusiast looking for a dynamic work environment where you can thrive and grow? Germar Premium Garage, a renowned automotive workshop specializing in continental brands, is expanding its operations to Petaling Jaya, Seksyen 51 (Main workshop Germar Garage, Kuantan), and we're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team as Automotive Service Advisors (Online).

Position : Automotive Service Advisor (Online)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive repair and maintenance preferred.
  • Technical diploma or certification in automotive.
  • Open to all candidates with at least 2 years of experience from Service Centers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
  • Proficient in using automotive diagnostic tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin in order to liaise with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and assessing their automotive service needs.
  • Providing accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Maintaining customer records and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline workflow and improve customer experience.

Salary Range:

  • RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)
