Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? Kagayaku Logistics Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated Head of Account & Finance to join our dynamic team

What You'll Do:

  • Submitting monthly e-invoicing and preparing the sales report.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
  • Reconciling bank accounts and other financial accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Providing financial reporting and analysis to support management decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency
  • Preparing all documentations for audit purpose and assisting auditors in audit process.

What You Bring:

  • Advance knowledge in SQL Accounting and spreadsheet applications
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a senior account executive role or similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using i-Logistics software and prodigy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
