Tasks:


• Installation and commissioning of all types of equipment in the company's product range.


• On-site emergency service and repair of the equipment.


• Scheduling and execution of planned maintenance of the equipment.


• Training of the customer's operation staff in operating the equipment.


• Training of the customer's technical staff in maintenance and repair.


• Ensuring documentation (reports and as-built) of executed installations and service work.


• Supervision of 3'rd party installation crews as per agreement (depending on project scope).


• Occasionally prepare equipment for- and participate in trade shows and exhibitions representing the company.


• Assist company's sales colleagues with technical details or practical arrangements as per agreement.


• Continues training and improve knowledge of the equipment within the company.

Responsibilities:


• To execute the above listed tasks to the highest possible extent, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.


• Comply with the strategies and company policies.


• Ensure that costs for travel, accommodation etc. are kept reasonable and according to company guidelines.


• Ensure continuous communication with, and feedback to the management regarding all relevant commercial and technical issues in the region.

Qualifications:


• Self-governing, loyal and trustworthy attitude.


• Skilled electrical, electronic or mechanical engineer (Diploma/Degree).


• Thorough knowledge of electronic control systems and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).


• Capable of reading technical drawings and electrical diagrams.


• Good and persistent trouble-shooting skills.


• Customer oriented mindset & attitude.


• English & Chinese language in verbal and writing.


• Ability to travel both domestically, in the region and globally.


• Flexibility in long working hours and place
