Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote East West Seed brand and products across key markets and customer segments
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, trade shows, field days) that support product launches, grower engagement, and brand awareness
- Collaborate closely with crop agronomists and sales team to gather market insights to align marketing strategies
- Create and adapt content in connection with external agency for brochures, flyers, website, videos, and social media platforms (Facebook)
- Oversee the organisation and marketing of field demos, grower meetings, and industry events
- Deliver post-project debriefs through analysis of campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
- Manage marketing budget, ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience , Skills):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns in seed, crop protection, or fertiliser sector
- Must be able to communicate professionally in spoken and written Mandarin
- Able to read and write Malay, and English
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong project management skills
- Willing to travel within and across region
