- Arrange inbound deliveries for raw materials such as coffee powder, creamer, sugar, and packaging materials.
- Coordinate outbound deliveries of finished premix coffee products to customers, distributors, and warehouse facilities.
- Communicate with transporters, suppliers, and customers to confirm delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify logistics documents (Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing List, Shipping List)
- Maintain filing of logistic-related documents for audit and traceability purposes.
- Perform data entry for logistics transactions and warehouse activities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly inventory and logistics movement reports.
- Assist in generating Purchase Requests or Purchase Orders for logistics support (transportation, packaging, pallets, etc.).
- Update production team on incoming raw materials or delivery delays.
- Ensure finished goods are released according to QA clearance before shipment.
- Ensure all logistic documentation follows company SOPs and food safety standards
- Support internal and external audits related to logistics, warehouse, and documentation.
- Perform data entry for logistic-related transactions in Pronto System.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
