  • Arrange inbound deliveries for raw materials such as coffee powder, creamer, sugar, and packaging materials.
  • Coordinate outbound deliveries of finished premix coffee products to customers, distributors, and warehouse facilities.
  • Communicate with transporters, suppliers, and customers to confirm delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and verify logistics documents (Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing List, Shipping List)
  • Maintain filing of logistic-related documents for audit and traceability purposes.
  • Perform data entry for logistics transactions and warehouse activities.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly inventory and logistics movement reports.
  • Assist in generating Purchase Requests or Purchase Orders for logistics support (transportation, packaging, pallets, etc.).
  • Update production team on incoming raw materials or delivery delays.
  • Ensure finished goods are released according to QA clearance before shipment.
  • Ensure all logistic documentation follows company SOPs and food safety standards
  • Support internal and external audits related to logistics, warehouse, and documentation.
  • Perform data entry for logistic-related transactions in Pronto System.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
