Responsibilities:

  • Handle all room and accommodation reservations promptly and accurately.
  • Manage inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms, ensuring excellent customer service at every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in the reservation system (StarRez).
  • Ensure timely updates of accommodation availability, pricing, and policies across digital and physical platforms.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding for guests and students.
  • Assist in administrative and reporting tasks related to occupancy, sales, and reservations.
  • Facilitate and conduct residence tours, open days, and promotional events to showcase accommodation facilities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification supported by experience of working in a multicultural environment. Relevant working experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and reservation systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
