Job Description:

We are excited to bring the authentic flavors of Japan to Kuala Lumpur city with our new Japanese Yakiniku restaurant.

We're expanding — and we're looking for passionate individuals to grow with us. At NIKUNO YOICHI, your role matters. Join a team where your efforts are valued, your ideas are heard, and there are real opportunities to move up as we grow.

As we are planning multi-store expansion, there will be many opportunities to aim for higher positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages promptly
  • Provide menu guidance and recommendations
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area
  • Handle payments via cash or POS system
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Work closely with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
  • No experience required (training will be provided)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, cheerful, and a team player
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations and inventory control

  • A positive mindset with a sense of ownership, taking responsibility rather than placing blame on others
