Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and lead the team on lamination machines to ensure continuous and efficient production.
  • Supervise and train lamination machine operators and helpers.
  • Set up lamination machines according to job specifications, including adhesives, substrates, tension, and temperature settings.
  • Conduct regular checks on equipment and product quality to ensure adherence to company and customer standards.
  • Troubleshoot machine problems, make minor repairs or adjustments, and escalate complex issues to maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Ensure raw materials are available and used efficiently to minimize waste.
  • Enforce safety procedures and ensure all team members comply with company health and safety policies.
  • Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
