Job Description :

  • Advice and provide BIM Coordinator on MEP BIM modelling.
  • Overseeing (MEP) coordination responsibilities for projects linked to Main Building Work (MBW).
  • Engagement in on-site tasks that entail collaborating with consultants, Nominated Subcontractors, and (C.O.W) for the day-to-day site operations.
  • Planning, executing, coordinating, overseeing, and tracking NSC construction activities in strict compliance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, schedules, procedures, and other applicable guidelines.
  • To coordinate and chair the M&E Coordination Meetings.
  • Displaying self-motivation and proactive work attitudes, which are highly valued attributes. paraphrase the above professionally.
  • To coordinate, monitor and review M&E work progress.
  • To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as instructed.
  • To evaluate the work done of the respective M&E NSC and provide input to the Project Team for the progress report.
  • Prepare and compile the relevant testing and commissioning schedule of the M&E trades for monitoring.

Requirement & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in M&E works.

- Able to speak Mandarin as this position need to liase with contractor from China

- Aggressive, analytical, systematic, solution oriented and ability to work under pressure.

- Able to understand local standards and code of practice by ensuring the site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
