Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise, monitor, and inspect all M&E installation works including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and ELV systems.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to solve technical and installation issues.
  • Report daily site progress, work quality, and issues to the M&E Engineer / Project Manager.
  • Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
  • Monitor work schedules and ensure that M&E activities are aligned with overall project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with CIDB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), BOMBA, and local authority requirements.
  • Assist during testing and commissioning of M&E systems.
  • Enforce site safety procedures and ensure proper housekeeping in work areas.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in M&E site supervision (experience with a main contractor preferred).
  • Good technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiar with Malaysian standards and authority requirements (e.g., ST, DOSH, JKR, BOMBA).
  • CIDB Green Card required; Wireman / Chargeman / Competent Person certification is an added advantage.
  • Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Willing to travel and work at project sites across Malaysia.
