We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Engineer / Supervisor
to oversee and execute fire protection system projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, well-organized, and able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day site activities for fire protection system installation.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on materials, scheduling, and manpower planning.
  • Participate in site meetings and provide clear updates on progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Technical & Documentation

  • Prepare method statements, work schedules, technical submissions, and progress reports.
  • Review drawings, perform mark-ups, and liaise with consultants for technical approvals.
  • Prepare and submit work progress claims based on verified site progress.
  • Assist in BOMBA submissions, testing & commissioning, and preparation of final handover documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Fire Safety Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in fire protection, M&E, or construction is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in project management software; experience with AutoCAD and BIM is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of fire protection systems (Hose Reel, Wet Riser, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Alarm, Passive Fire Protection).
  • CIDB Green Card Holder is an added advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read technical drawings and manage project documentation effectively.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
  • Fresh graduates from related fields are encouraged to apply.
