Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with clients/customers; at Teaffani, we value lifelong connections.
  • Proactively suggest sales proposals and solve problems based on customer needs.
  • Prepare sales quotations and handle related paperwork.
  • Manage key corporate accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve company sales targets and contribute to growth.
  • Identify new sales prospects and generate business opportunities.
  • Collect payments and manage financial transactions with customers.
  • Take on additional duties or responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the sales industry.
  • Strong marketing, sales presentation, and business analysis skills.
  • High level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and well-groomed.
  • Available to work after hours and on weekends as needed (managing your own clientele).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Must be willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
  • Only local citizens will be considered for this position.
