Job Description

  1. You shall develop as well as implement marketing strategy, public relations brand campaign for the business, business development strategy, focused on creating awareness of the Company's business activities and establishing the Company as the new way to organized and manage events;
  2. You shall coordinate all public relations related to the Company's businesses;
  3. You shall market, promote, prepare bids etc. to achieve good sales result for the Company;
  4. You shall demonstrate a thorough knowledge of marketing, business development and client care/servicing principles, analytics, brand and product service management;
  5. You shall understand and quickly adjusting to changing market dynamics, translating them in to actionable strategies to achieve the company's objectives;
  6. You shall undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends;
  7. You shall procure and follow up with new clients and attempt to secure business for the company;
  8. You shall provide on ground supervision and observation as and when required for the better understanding of the scope of services provided by the company to the clients;
  9. You shall provide assistance to Directors and/or your superiors to maintain and increase administration, management and operation effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orientation, training, coaching, counselling and disciplining your subordinates;
  10. You shall supervise and check the works by your subordinates to ensure timely and accurate reporting, variance analysis as well as ensuring business forecasts is executed and/or completed;
  11. You shall provide advice and discuss with Directors on the marketing, business development and client servicing strategies;
  12. You shall provide recommendations to strategies enhance business performance of the Company;
  13. You shall manage processes for sales forecasting, budgets and consolidation reporting;
  14. You shall develop and maintain quality assurance quality control (QAQC) system for the Company. Jointly complement and enforce the QAQC system to ensure the Company conduct the business and deliver the service in a cohesive and systematic manner to the clients;
  15. You shall provide assistance to the Directors in the performance of their duties and obligations as and when required for the operation, survival and growth of the Company;
  16. You shall follow up diligently on request and requirements by the clients to ensure due execution of the jobs/projects/tasks;
  17. You shall not make any untrue or disparaging statements relating to the company and the Directors;
  18. You shall perform any others duties and responsibilities the Directors deemed necessary and/or expedient to meet the needs of the business of the company;
  19. You shall ensure a professional outlook by being well-groomed and presentable;
  20. You shall develop and maintain good relationship with clients;
  21. You shall ensure the company is professionally represented with professional and etiquette conduct.
