  • To assist in resolving all technical site issues.

  • Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

  • Investigate damages, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.

  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

  • Conduct inspections to verify workmanship and compliance with contractual requirements.

  • Coordinate the delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials and equipment on-site in alignment with quality standards.
