We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivables Executive to manage incoming payments, ensure timely collection of receivables, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle, reconciling customer accounts, and supporting cash flow objectives.

Requirements

  • Verification of billings and posting to ledger
  • Apply incoming payments against the correct invoices and maintain up-to-date ledger records
  • Monitor accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and payments
  • Prepare regular aging reports and escalate overdue accounts when necessary
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes
  • Assist in month-end closing and audit activities related to accounts receivable
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all receivable transactions
  • To perform SST reconciliation and submission
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and assist with other finance-related tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of SST, e-Invoicing.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
