JOB SUMMARY:

Sunway Education Group is seeking a motivated and creative Executive - Marketing to drive our marketing efforts. This role involves planning, executing, and following through on sales and marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Student Counselling & Recruitment

  • Provide accurate programme, academic pathway, and career advice via multiple channels (phone, email, in-person, text, video calls).
  • Participate in weekend/public holiday counselling duties on rotation.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Leads Management

  • Maintain and update CRM records in Salesforce (CRM portal).
  • Attend to enquiries, ensure timely follow-up, and support lead-nurturing and segmentation.
  • Perform data analysis for business objectives.

Events & Administrative Support

  • Assist with logistics, registration, and coordination for events, open days, and collaborations with internal and external partners.
  • Support the Admissions Team on student application processes.

Marketing Support

  • Conduct market research, competitor scans, and assist with departmental activities, training, and projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduates with a Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
