Account Clerk Cum Admin

Check & record daily bank balances, monitor incoming payments from clients.
Issue invoices and receipts to clients when received clients payment.
Prepare monthly payment to supplier and payable.
Update payment voucher and receipt for maintaining system correctly.
Handling a full set of accounts and all general accounting functions accurately.
Perform monthly office and client's bank reconciliation.
Liaising with external parties as auditor, bank officer
And others office admin work.
Requirements.
- Diploma or LCCI in Accounting or Equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- No experience but willingness to learn and support both administrative and accounting tasks.
