Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products, services, promotions, or events.
  2. Generate leads, set appointments, and update customer interest in CRM or call logs accurately.
  3. Handle customer queries professionally and redirect complex enquiries to the sales team.
  4. Keep detailed records of calls, customer feedback, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes.
  5. Meet daily/weekly call targets, appointment quotas, and campaign KPIs.
  6. Maintain a positive brand image through polite, respectful, and service-oriented communication.
  7. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment handover and conversion.

Requirement

  1. Good communication skill in Malay and English
  2. Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call centre is an added advantage.
  3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejection professionally.
  5. Pleasant voice tone and good telephone etiquette.
