About the Role
Are you passionate about numbers and driven by curiosity to uncover opportunities? We are looking for an experienced Digital Analyst who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping customer and agent experiences across B2C and B2B journeys by leveraging analytics, visualization, and storytelling to influence strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities- Analyze behavioral patterns to support UX journeys, customer experience (CX), and agent experience (AX).
- Provide business insights from market trends and internal data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy across internal and external sources.
- Advise on the right analyses, processes, and research methodologies for insight requests.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all touchpoints in the consumer journey.
- Develop scalable processes for measurement execution and standardized reporting.
- Leverage AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to forecast trends and recommend strategies.
- Communicate insights effectively through data storytelling to influence stakeholders.
- Champion the adoption of measurement tools and refine analytical frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX, marketing, and business teams to optimize engagement and performance.
- Proven experience in digital analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and experience optimization.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong expertise in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Databricks).
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience and knowledge with cloud platforms ((Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to generate insights from large datasets and provide actionable business intelligence.
- Experience in predictive analytics and AI-driven insights is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead analysis, design, and process improvement initiatives.
