Job Summary
My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and budget management for them. This role combines hands-on accounting and financial strategy to support the institution's operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of financial accounts and ensure accurate records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and tax requirements.
  • Support audit processes and liaise with auditors as needed.
  • Provide financial analysis to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or finance roles; experience in financial management preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of full set accounts and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
