Job requirements;

  • SPM / Diploma or its equivalent
  • Preferably at least 3-5 years of experience in customer service related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to converse in English, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia and other local dialects would be added advantages.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all level of personnel.
  • Good planning and organizational skills, computer literate.

Job Descriptions;

  • To ensure meet patients and visitors needs by delivering effective communications and assistance in various area.
  • To act as service ambassador in the hospital, attending to enquiries of patient and visitors regarding our hospital service and available amenities.
  • To plan and implement strategies in enhancing patients or their caregivers' journey in the hospital.
  • Facilitate and assist patient logistic services from the pick up point.
  • To ensure all feedback / complaints or grievances from patients or visitors are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • To assist in replying general inquiries received via email , telephone calls and so forth.
  • Perform any other job duties or participate in project that are assigned from the management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
