What will you do?
You will lead People Development & Learning for Malaysia-Singapore, reporting to the HR Director and running a small, agile L&D function. You'll shape leadership, commercial, and digital learning to accelerate capability and business impact across 450 corporate employees.
You are expected to manage the following:
- Learning Strategy & Transformation:
- Define the local L&D roadmap, link learning initiatives to business priorities and zone direction, and scale entrepreneurial solutions that drive growth and innovation.
- Leadership & Talent Development:
- Review and refine leadership programs to meet organizational needs—partnering with internal stakeholders, external providers, and the zone to deliver impactful experiences.
- Champion next-generation leadership, with a focus on engaging, developing, and empowering Gen Z talent.
- Onboarding & Culture Architect
- Design and deliver end-to-end onboarding and integration programs that transmit L'Oréal's values and ways of working, accelerate new-joiner engagement and time-to-impact, and ensure seamless handovers with HRBPs and hiring managers.
- Annual Learning Week Mastermind
- Lead the charge on the most anticipated event for People Development & Learning—imagine, propose, and deliver an annual Learning Week that inspires and connects the entire Malaysia–Singapore organization.
- Shape the theme, curate bold content, mobilize leaders and partners, and drive company-wide engagement. Ensure flawless execution and measure impact to guide our ongoing learning journey.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Measurement:
- Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and the zone to drive engagement, measure learning ROI and adoption, and ensure initiatives deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Skills Adoption & Impact
- Accelerate skills adoption by translating population needs into targeted, skills-based learning paths, prioritizing resources for high-impact capabilities, and tracking adoption and business outcomes.
- Digital Learning & Activation
- Drive digital learning adoption—manage the LMS, design engagement nudges, and foster a culture of self-paced, continuous learning. Lead the charge on AI fluency and digital competencies across all parts of the business.
- Budget & Vendor Management:
- Manage the L&D budget and lead vendor selection, ensuring investment in high-quality, innovative solutions that support business and learning priorities.
