Job Description
A Chain Restaurant F&B Manager oversees food and beverage operations across one or multiple outlets under a brand. Ensure consistency in quality, compliance with brand standards and profitability.
In Halal-certified restaurants, they must also ensure strict adherence to Islamic dietary laws, while in Non-Halal outlets, broader menu flexibility is allowed.
Key Tasks:
Manage daily F&B operations, including kitchen, service, and bar.
Ensure all outlets follow standardized recipes, presentation, and service protocols
Halal Compliance (if applicable):
Source Halal-certified ingredients
Prevent cross-contamination with non-Halal items.
Train staff on Halal handling procedures
Hire, train, schedule and evaluate team performance.
Handle guest feedback and ensure high satisfaction.
Inventory & Procurement: Monitor stock levels, order supplies and reduce waste
Control costs, manage budgets, and analyze sales data.
Enforce hygiene, food safety, and licensing regulations.
Coordinate promotions, seasonal menus and loyalty programs.
Working experience:
Experience in chain or franchise restaurant operations.
Background in both Halal and Non-Halal environments, especially in multicultural markets
Food safety & Halal certification knowledge.
Skills required:
Motivate and manage diverse teams across outlets
Understand dietary laws and customer expectations in Halal vs. Non-Halal settings
Strong grasp of SOPs, kitchen workflows, and service standards
Budgeting, cost control and revenue analysis
Handle complaints, train staff in hospitality etiquette
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple outlets and shift priorities quickly
