The Role

Own the last segment of enrolment: Meet parents, host high-quality centre tours (in-person), address pain points, and close enrolments while upholding ethical admissions standards and a premium parent experience.

What You'll Do

Parent Tours & Conversion

  • Host scheduled tours (and occasional walk-ins), tailoring the route and conversation to each family's needs; highlight curriculum, routines, safety, and teacher quality.
  • Run concise discovery (child's age/readiness, care needs, start date, constraints) and deliver clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Confidently handle objections (fees, start dates, ratios, routines) and move parents to decision, application, and admission.
  • Close enrolments on the spot where appropriate (forms, deposits, documents) and complete accurate handover into the admissions workflow.
  • Describe the classroom experience to parents—translate pedagogy into plain language, reference real routines, and provide credible, experience-based answers.

Pipeline Collaboration (CS-Led Nurture)

  • Work with pre-qualified, tour-ready leads passed by Customer Service (CS).
  • Update lead status post-tour, flag any issues, and schedule follow-ups according to set timelines.

Experience & Events

  • Support open days/weekend activations; deliver mini-consults to walk-ins and book tour/assessment slots.
  • Conduct short class drop-ins during tours where appropriate and approved.

Compliance & Ethics

  • Provide accurate, non-misleading information; respect confidentiality and fair-admissions norms.
  • Keep tidy records for enrolment, health, and attendance requirements as directed by the centre manager.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Tour-to-Enrolment Conversion (%)
  • Show-Up Rate for booked tours (%)
  • Days-to-Close (tour to deposit)
  • Documentation Accuracy (zero rework/returns)
  • Parent Satisfaction after tour (Rating given post-tour to CS team)

What You'll Bring To The Table

Experience

  • 2–4 years in school/preschool admissions, education sales, hospitality sales, or consultative retail (closing experience preferred).
  • Advantage:
    Prior educator background such as Preschool Teacher, Lead Teacher, Centre Manager/Director, or Principal. This helps you:
  • Translate curriculum and pedagogy into parent-friendly language
  • Answer classroom-level questions with credibility (ratios, routines, milestones)
  • Build trust quickly with families and staff

Skills

  • Confident tour hosting and consultative selling; strong issue-handling and closing.
  • Clear spoken and written communication in English and Mandarin an added advantage.
  • CRM updates; Experience with CRMs, Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business.
  • Professionalism, empathy with parents, and excellent follow-through.

Mobility & Availability

  • Based in Klang Valley; own transport.
  • Willing to support occasional weekends for events and tours.

Good to Have

  • Proven track record improving tour flow or environment to increase conversion (e.g., set tour windows, tour scripts, next steps SOPs).
  • Familiarity with ethical admissions frameworks for family-first communication.
  • Experience conducting parent-teacher conferences, assessment briefings, or curriculum nights.
