Sales Support

Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue quotations, enter sales orders, and coordinate with production and logistics to meet delivery schedules.
  • Issue invoices and delivery notes, track customer payments, and flag discrepancies to the sales team.
  • Handle customer communications regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, accounting, and purchasing to support sales activities.
  • Manage sales documentation such as specifications, drawings, catalogs, and seminar-related quotations and materials.
  • Arrange meetings, business trips, and prepare required materials for the sales team.
  • Maintain client records, databases, and general administrative documentation while meeting assigned deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Working experience in manufacturing companies is an advantage.
  • Experience handling quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and coordination with production or logistics teams.
  • Ability to manage technical documents such as specifications, drawings, and product catalogs.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with ERP or order management systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal departments.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
