About the Role:
Sitecore is experiencing rapid global growth, and to continue this success, we are looking for talented consultants to join our Professional Services team. At Sitecore, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that drive customer success. Sitecore is expanding its global delivery capability through the launch of the CVR Services Solutions Hub (KL). The Hub will support our global Professional Services and Customer Success teams by executing standardized, repeatable, and process-driven activities that enable our field consultants to focus on strategic customer engagement.
As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering backend technical activities that support customer success, project management and advisory services. You will work closely with regional consultants to ensure quality, consistency and operational efficiency across engagements.
What You'll Do:
- Execute repeatable technical and operational tasks supporting advisory, CSM, and PM workstreams.
- Prepare and deliver technical assessment reports, performance checks, and environment reviews.
- Ensure process adherence across all assigned activities, maintaining accuracy, documentation quality, and compliance with defined standards.
- Collaborate with field consultants to ensure deliverables meet SLA and quality requirements.
- Create and maintain structured documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles.
- Contribute to the onboarding and enablement of new Hub resources, promoting a culture of standardization and continuous improvement.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3–6 years in consulting, implementation, or technical analysis roles with a strong process orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
- Experience in a SaaS, Professional Services, or Customer Success environment preferred.
- Technical proficiency: Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Certinia (or equivalent PSA tools).
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, accurate, and structured documentation.
- Analytical mindset, ownership, and a continuous-improvement attitude.
Additional Skills That Set You Apart:
- Sitecore Knowledge: Experience with Sitecore products and familiarity with the Sitecore ecosystem.
- Proven ability working in headless/front-end architectures - using modern frameworks like React, Angular or Vue to consume APIs and deliver decoupled user interfaces
- Strong experience with Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, ideally .NET Core/.NET 8+) for building, integrating and extending robust solutions.
