Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Educational Consultant to join our team at
Q Study in Puchong
.

In this role, you will counsel and guide students on education pathways, course selection, university options, and admission requirements. You will also create engaging social media content (videos, graphics, posts) to promote Q Study's services and connect with prospective students.

This position requires the ability to travel abroad for events, which is essential for promoting Q Study and interacting with students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized guidance to students on selecting courses, universities, and education pathways
  • Engage with prospective students, following up from initial enquiry to completed application
  • Create social media content (videos, graphics, posts) to promote services and engage prospective students
  • Work closely with the Q Study counseling team to achieve enrollment goals
  • Assist students with university applications, documentation, and visa processes

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both online and face-to-face
  • Ability to counsel and guide students on education pathways, programmes, and universities
  • Skilled in creating social media content (videos, graphics, posts) for promotion and engagement
  • Comfortable following up with prospective students from enquiry to application
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve enrolment targets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent command of English and at least one additional language
  • Any educational background is acceptable; full training will be provided
  • Previous experience in education counselling or content creation is an advantage
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad for events
