About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at SV AUTO HAUS SDN BHD in Puchong, Selangor. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving sales and fostering lasting customer relationships for our MG brand. What you'll be doing

  • Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them towards the best-suited MG vehicle
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to educate customers on the features and benefits of our MG models
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to finalising the sale and delivery of the vehicle
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with the broader team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sales consultant or similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a personalized and consultative sales experience
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain vehicle features
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
