Kami di AY Furniture sedang mencari individu yang bermotivasi tinggi, berkeyakinan & bersemangat untuk membina kerjaya dalam bidang jualan. Sebagai Sales Executive, anda akan menjadi penghubung utama antara pelanggan dan syarikat untuk merealisasikan ruang dapur impian mereka

TANGGUNGJWAB UTAMA:

  • Memberi layanan kepada pelanggan walk-in dan leads di whatsapps.
  • Mengadakan consultation untuk memahami bajet, keperluan & citarasa pelanggan.
  • Menyediakan quotation kepada pelanggan.
  • Menguruskan closing sales dan memastikan deposit diterima.
  • Membina hubungan baik dengan pelanggan baru & mengekalkan pelanggan sedia ada.
  • Menyemak tapak projek dan memastikan maklumat tepat diberikan kepada designer dan production.
  • Memberi maklumat jelas kepada pelanggan mengenai timeline & proses pemasangan.
  • Mencapai sasaran jualan bulanan yang ditetapkan.

KELAYAKAN:

  • L/P dan berumur 20 – 32 tahun.
  • Minimum STPM/Diploma (bidang berkaitan pemasaran atau bisnes adalah kelebihan).
  • Fresh graduate dialu-alukan untuk memohon.
  • Minat dalam bidang jualan dan perkhidmatan pelanggan.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik, mampu berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dan team.
  • Berkeyakinan, mesra dan mempunyai personality yang menarik.
  • Ada pengalaman dalam sales / customer service / interior design adalah kelebihan.
  • Kemahiran asas komputer dan aplikasi (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Google Drive, dll).

Gaji Pokok: RM1,900 – RM3,000 (bergantung kepada pengalaman & kepakaran)
