Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Plan, produce, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, reels, copywriting, blog posts, etc.)
  • Develop social media content calendars and marketing materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms
  • Create engaging visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and run paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Optimize campaigns for engagement, lead generation, and conversions
  • Conduct competitor research and stay updated with digital trends
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using analytics tools

Website & SEO (optional — remove if not needed)

  • Assist in updating website content (WordPress/Shopify)
  • Implement basic SEO strategies to improve visibility and ranking

Brand & Communication

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to support campaigns
  • Develop creative ideas for brand storytelling and product promotions
  • Respond and interact with online audiences professionally
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years experience in digital marketing or content creation (fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong skills in social media management and creative content development
  • Able to use editing/design tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and time-management skills
