Job Summary

The Merchandiser is responsible for manage and optimize online product listings to drive sales and visibility.

Responsibility:

  • Plan and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Monitor product performance, pricing, stock levels, and promotions to maximize sales.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure timely updates of product info and availability.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in planning online campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and keywords are accurate and SEO-optimized.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce merchandising or managing online stores (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of online consumer behaviour and digital sales trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with e-commerce platform tools.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
