Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with maintenance team in carrying out daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting equipment issues, assisting in repairs, performing routine checks, and ensuring all maintenance tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in identifying deviations and support corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure timely completion of taks.
  • Work with safety officers on JKKP yearly inspections by assisting in preparing, updating, and organizing relevant documentation, coordinating inspection schedules, and ensuring all safety compliance requirements are met.
  • To monitor, compile, and submit environmental data and reports to relevant authorities, such as the Energy Commission and DOE, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • To monitor the existing maintenance system such as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) to ensure reliable system performance, minimal downtime, and accurate data for operational decision-making.
  • Assist in coordinating technical team work schedules by helping to organize daily tasks, tracking progress and supporting resource allocation to ensure maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and team performance is optimized.
  • To assist in internal and external audits by providing maintenance documentation and implementing corrective actions to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven working experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
  • Must be willing to work in Hutan Melintang, Perak.
