Job Description:

Are you a dynamic professional with a background in education, sports science, or child development? The Little Gym Malaysia is seeking certified Lead Instructors and Instructors to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career by making a tangible impact on children's lives in a professional, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Deliver high-quality, non-competitive gymnastics and enrichment classes based on our world-renowned curriculum.

·      Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment that promotes child development.

·      Serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with parents and guardians.

·      Take ownership of class execution, mentor Assistant Instructors, and act as the primary point of contact for parents.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Required: Proven experience working with children. Background in one of the following fields:

·      Early Childhood Education / Child Psychology

·      Sports Science, Kinesiology, or Physical Education

·      Gymnastics, Dance, or Cheer Coaching

·      Performing Arts (Theatre, Dance)

Ideal Candidate: Energetic, excellent communicator, team-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic.
