OTC Sales Manager - Digital Asset

We are seeking a
driven, high-energy OTC Sales Manager
with
3–5 years of experience
, ideally someone young, ambitious, and deeply connected within the
Malaysian market
. The ideal candidate will have a
strong network of clients and partners
in Indonesia who are potential users of our
OTC crypto trading services
. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the crypto space, understands market dynamics, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue generation with a
    primary focus on OTC trading services
    , in alignment with OSL's business strategy.
  • Identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects, particularly from
    Malaysian-speaking markets
    .
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients, including trading firms, family offices, crypto-native businesses, and HNWIs.
  • Leverage personal networks and cultivate new relationships in Indonesia to expand our OTC client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, compliance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with
    crypto and OTC market trends
    , client needs, and competitor offerings to inform strategy and product positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions—particularly those relevant to the Indonesian market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience
    in OTC crypto sales, institutional sales, or a related financial services role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysian market
    , with an existing network of contacts who may be interested in OTC crypto services.
  • Fluent Malay language skills; fluency in English is also required; fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading products and OTC structures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated,
    results-driven
    , and comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
