Role Description

The Corporate Client Executive is a full-time on-site role based in Tebrau. The individual will be responsible for managing corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales initiatives. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and consulting with clients to share expertise. The role also involves regular reporting on account performance and identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication to ensure a high-quality experience and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Experience in Account Management and related responsibilities to oversee and grow corporate accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Consulting to drive business growth and provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and align work efforts with organizational goals.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in healthcare services, business management, or a related field are advantageous.
