Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in physical stock counting of consumables, rotables, and tooling items at the warehouse.

  • Verify and record part numbers, quantities, and bin locations accurately.

  • Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records (AMOS system).

  • Label, tag, and organize inventory items during and after the stock count.

  • Support warehouse staff in data entry and documentation related to stock verification.

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain warehouse cleanliness during the activity.

  • Report progress, issues, or variances to the Warehouse Supervisor or Stock Count Team Lead.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

  • Basic understanding of inventory or warehouse operations (experience in stock count preferred).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers and item codes.

  • Ability to work under supervision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.

  • Willing to work extended hours or weekends, if required during the stock count period.
