Job Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Operational Support

· Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, filing, and documentation.

· Maintain well-organized and up-to-date admin files and databases.

· Handle petty cash, receive customer cash payments, and update payment records into the system.

· Assist branch operations in preparing documents, forms, and reports as required.

2. SQL Database & Data Management

· Execute SQL queries to retrieve, analyze and generate reports for management.

· Update and maintain database accuracy, completeness, and system data integrity.

· Ensure confidentiality and security of all system data.

3. Invoicing & Payment Tracking

· Prepare, process, and track invoices accurately using the company system.

· Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments or discrepancies.

· Coordinate with customers and related departments to resolve billing or invoice issues.

4. Coordination & Communication

· Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (Operations, Accounts, Management).

· Support procurement activities including stock availability checking, PO documentation, and follow-up with suppliers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
