Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, content, and prompts.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on various corporate and commercial matters.
  • Analyze content and prompts results generated from the content database, AI, and automation tools, and offer recommendations.
  • Participate in an agile project team, collaborating with product, content, and technology specialists on legal and AI assessments.
  • Develop clear documentation of legal processes and guidelines for content creation, and review.
  • Assisting with legal research and analysis to support business initiatives.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address legal risks.
  • Regularly monitor the implementation of legal standards, ensuring that the outputs remain compliant with relevant regulations.

To be successful in this role:

  • Higher Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Candidates with Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or admitted to the Malaysian Bar is an additional advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification practical legal experience (PQE).
  • Candidates with experience in transactional law, including document drafting and corporate or commercial transactions, as well as in-house counsel roles, are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in conducting legal research, ideally using various legal research platforms.
