About the Role

We are looking for a driven and business-minded individual to work closely with the manager of a leading AI & Smart Technology company based in Kuala Lumpur.

This role is designed for someone who aspires to grow beyond administrative tasks — an individual who wants to understand how a business operates, scales, and innovates across technology and government sectors.

You will be involved in strategic coordination, business operations, and project follow-ups, gaining hands-on exposure to how decisions and partnerships are formed in a real business environment.

This is not a typical assistant role — it is an opportunity to learn how a business operates, grows, and scales within Malaysia's fast-moving AI and smart technology industry. If you have a passion for business, excellent communication in English, Malay, and Chinese, and want to build a long-term career in management, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the manager in coordinating daily business operations and projects.
  • Prepare and review business documents, tender, quotation, and presentation.
  • Handle communication between teams, clients, and partners.
  • Manage meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions.
  • Support research, reporting, and proposal preparation for business growth.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong initiative, discipline, and willingness to learn.
  • Able to handle multi tasks and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
  • Interest in technology, AI, and business development.
  • Fresh graduates with ambition are encouraged to apply.
