HR & Admin Intern (January 2026 )

Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection Support
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates.
- Prepare interview schedules, forms, and candidate evaluation sheets.
- Conduct initial candidate communication (confirmation emails, reminders, etc.)
2. HR Project & Improvement initiatives
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., process improvement, HR digitalization, surveys).
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement process
3. Onboarding & Offboarding Activities
- Prepare and organize orientation materials.
- Assist during new hire onboarding sessions (attendance, document collection).
- Prepare exit documentation (clearance forms, acknowledgement forms) for employees leaving the company.
4. HR Administration & Documentation
- Backup for courier service arrangement and document preparation.
- File, label, and scan HR-related documents for digital storage.
- Support for HR & Admin documentation and filing.
5. Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events such as festive celebrations, annual dinners etc.
- Assist in preparation of event materials (attendance list, banners, certificates, etc.).
- Assist in drafting internal announcements, memo for HR communications.
6. Training & Development Support
- Assist in preparation of training rooms, materials, and attendance sheets before each training session.
- Record training attendance and collect feedback forms after sessions.
- Compile training evaluation results.
7. IT
- Backup for IT related
8. General HR & Admin Support
- Attend to employee general inquiries courteously.
- Support the HR & Admin team in administrative tasks, data entry.
- Support in preparing job request to Engineering Department (if required).
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR & Admin Manager, Executive, or Officers as required.
Qualifications
- Possesses or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related courses.
- 3 to 6 months availability for the internship placement
- Proficient in English and Malay
- Must be willing to work in Seksyen 26, Shah Alam.
- Starting an internship in January 2026 would be an additional advantage.
